SHIPPING POLICY
FREE SHIPPING
All PVC Card Printers no shipping cost will be added to all non-promotional Printers as all shipping in and around South Africa will be Free. All shipping will be done economy shipping which will take 3 to 5 workings days form time we have received a confirmed order and payment received. A tracking number will be emailed to the customer.
SHIPPING
All other goods ordered on our online store a shipping cost will be added at checkout with the shipping cost indicated for your town or Province. Shipping will take 3 to 5 working days from order confirmation and payment received. A tracking number will be emailed the customer for you to track your shipment of goods ordered. All shipping will be done economy shipping and will take 3 to 5 working days from order confirmation. All our PVC Card printers, ribbons and consumables are order from various out bound suppliers and take up to 2 to 3 working days to reach our offices/warehouse and a Quality Checked and verified that all the goods are in a good working order, all goods are then placed into stock and if stock is not available in our warehouse an email will be sent to indicate that we will need to reacquire the items/goods and a delivery time line will be given when we have received reacquired the stock/ items/ goods. Once received we will communicate and arrange that the reacquired stock/ items/ goods will be sent out and a tracking number will be emailed.
CANCELATION OF ORDER
Customer can cancel their order if there is no stock/ items/ goods are available on the time of order being placed. A refund will take place and will be done within a few working days from the cancellation of the order. If the stock/ items/ goods have been dispatched/ couriered to the customer address given a refund cannot take place until we have received back the stock/ items/ goods in the same condition that the stock/ items/ goods were dispatched/ couriered in the same packaging and not opened.
